Where do we deliver?

We deliver to (almost) every country in the world. For a complete list of countries and prices, please consult your basket after adding the product of your choice.

Prices depend on the country of delivery, as well as the quantity and weight of your order.

We apply a standard rate for all orders to Europe.

How are products delivered?

Orders are generally dispatched within 4 to 5 working days. Delivery is handled by the post office and delivered directly to the delivery address you gave when you placed your order. Delivery is usually made within a few days of dispatch. We guarantee delivery within one month of the dispatch date. In certain cases, we may have to use another equivalent delivery company. If your letterbox is not large enough, the letter carrier may leave a note inviting you to collect your order at the nearest post office.


An estimated delivery time is indicated on the payment page. This is an estimate based on the last 14 days. It is not guaranteed and is subject to change.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the product is not collected in time by the customer, only 30% of the order amount will be refunded to cover delivery and restocking costs.

Returns

If an item is defective or does not conform to expectations, the buyer has 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or refund. If the fourteen (14) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.

The customer must return new or unused items in their original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories, instructions and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). To do this, the customer must contact us via the contact form.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, we are obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods, which remains at the customer's expense. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s).
